Touring Canterbury's #CommittedToTheGame roadshow

Challenge

There are only a limited amount of Rugby players to buy Canterbury’s kit. In order to sell more product they had to take their story out to reach new audiences with a lifestyle story, whilst also building on their reputation for quality within the wider Rugby community. 

Approach

The #CommittedToTheGame Roadshow – a touring experience that travelled across the UK and Ireland in the weeks running up to the tournament. Giving fans old and new the chance to try a wide range of Canterbury products whilst demonstrating their commitment to the game.

Results

  • The roadshow made 15 stops across England, Wales and Ireland over a three month period, reaching a total audience of 40,000 people

  • 5,971 diving try photos were emailed to those who took part, and we saw 16,032 downloads of these photos

  • Total impressions on Twitter of more than 600,000
